I started dabbling in Meta ads for my own online wellness business in 2024 and had so much success with leads and growth that everyone started asking me what I was doing — they found the whole Meta backend completely overwhelming.

I'm all about creating ad campaigns and sales funnels that help make your business life flow, because when your brand starts to really grow, business starts to feel easy.

How this all started

My business was born from my love for wellness, entrepreneurship, and all things business growth.

I've had the privilege of working for some pretty big brands, in a career that spanned newspaper journalism, producing luxury magazines, project managing full rebrands, managing multiple clients in a public relations agency, overseeing the marketing for a private members' club, and running the marketing and communications for two global brands in the superyacht industry.

But after starting a family, I found myself mothering young children while holding down a full-time role. It wasn't long before I was at a crossroads and health – my highest value — was compromised. So, I went with my gut (and a little encouragement from my loved ones) and jumped off the corporate ladder.

I started by helping wellness entrepreneurs launch their own ads, then helped a few friends do the same for their wellness businesses. Before I knew it, word spread, and I had heaps of clients on my hands! That's how my ads consultancy was born – organically, through a love of helping wellness brands thrive.

It feels right to be working with people who also value wellbeing. Yogis, wellness studios, health coaches, holistic practitioners – people who are genuinely trying to make the world a healthier, happier place.

When I can combine my highest value of health with helping small businesses grow, it feeds my soul in a way nothing else does. Knowing that my work helps more people discover a yoga studio that might change their life, or find a wellness coach who gets them – that's what gets me out of bed in the morning.

And just so you know who you’re working with…

  1. I'm a Virgo - detail-oriented, reliable, and a perfectionist (I take pride in doing things well!)

  2. My parents taught me how to look after myself properly — cooking from scratch, being outdoors, and growing my own food

  3. I've trained as a yoga teacher, studied naturopathic nutrition, and completed a vegan cooking diploma (but I'm not a vegan!)

  4. I'm obsessed with the ocean – whether I'm surfing, paddle-boarding, sea dipping (and sauna-ing), or just soaking in the vibes

  5. I'm a huge fan of adventure – skiing, surfing, helibiking, hiking, you name it.
